Hello all I'm new trying to find ways to help with what I'm

Hello all I'm new trying to find ways to help with what I'm going through. Been married nine years together thirteen. My spouse and I separated because the way he treated me and the kids. Lost my job due to surgery. Then lost the place I moved to due to this had to move back with my spouse. Its almost like he's a different person. He verbally abused me every chance he gets. Threatens to kick me out often. The emotional abuse have me so hurt confused and depressed. Family members and others basically say the way he treats you just forget him but its not that easy I want to be strong and move forward but I'm having a hard time finding my way back to the happy me. I feel like I'm on a roller coaster and no one understands me.

In my opinion your roller coaster feeling is a normal reaction to an unexpected life change. Continue to seek support from supportive people, even from a clinician to help you to regain your sense of self well being. Take care.

Dear OP,
No one should treat any person like that, and certainly not a spouse. Is there anyone else you could go live with until you get on your feet? There are shelters for abused women that will help. Maybe you could check that out, they help you get a job and give you housing too.
