I'm new to this sight and looking for clarity. On the one hand, I know without a doubt that I am married to someone that looks to be an abuser. On the other hand, how could I think of him in such a way. It must be me, like he insists, that has the skewed perspective and irrational feelings. I've been looking into this and I'm a bit overwhelmed with the amount of information I've come across in the last couple of days. I guess I need to voice it and get feedback. I am here for that and, hopefully, will be starting therapy soon. I feel like I should keep a journal too but the last one I started was read by my husband.

I keep thinking of all the things I should include here but, like I said, I'm a bit overwhelmed and cannot seem to organize my thought coherently quite yet so, maybe an introduction will be good for now.

@Ms.Sage I think there are websites that allow you to keep journals for free too, and that way you'd have to log in with a password. Since he does all your computer maintenance, if you go that route I'd be sure to clear your history and cookies after you've visited that site or this one if he would be bothered by you seeking support here as well.

My firefox is supposed to clear my history; not sure about the cookies. And yes, I found a place that offers online journaling. Now if I could find a job, things would be moving right along.
