So always ate whatever I wanted and hid, snuck food. Then I started weight watchers and began starving myself and exercising like crazy. Then I slowly started eating again after seeing a nutritionist now I’m right back to starving myself how do people find a balance?

Hi, sorry you're going through these ups & downs. I don't know much about eating disorders myself, so I googled around, and found nationaleatingdisorders.org, which looks like a good site. (Although you probably already know about it.). Lots of info, and also a free hotline. Hope this helps.

It’s hard to find a balance but it’s not impossible. Maybe eat at set times. It helps me on weekdays but weekends are usually full of guilt and negative thoughts around food. Best of luck.
