@Lisa.Church You need to look at why you use or want to use. Are you clean now or currently using? I have been in recovery for a while (really got on this site today for divorce support) so knowing where you are at now would determine any suggestions I would have. I will tell you no matter what going to a 12 step group like NA or AA is always a good idea. The therapeutic value of one addict helping another is without parallel. If you are like me I only want advice from someone who has been through or understands what I am going through and that will always be another addict.
