Was feeling great this morning. Weather outside beautiful and warm, so decided to walk to town and just chill. Then I returned home and something totally set me off crying. Had the TV on for company. Was half watching the movie 'Enchanted' while catching up on work on my laptop and a song called 'So Close' came on. It just sent me into this incredible sadness and I don't know why. I know it sounds stupid and I think I need to get a grip. Note to self - Get real woman.

Hi dtay,
you are not alone, I woke up to an empty house and almost lost my mind today. we are grieving and this is part of the process. I was lucky to have a friend who understand and support me. I hope you have someone like that too.
we will get though this, we will. so hang in there.

@DKjojoe Thanks. I'm so sorry you are suffering too. Well I did have someone but friends come and go don't they. I do have other friends, but they just don't get it, the hell I am going through (and I'm not blameless I put him through hell as well which I'm not proud of) and they tell me, 'don't think so much.' I know they are trying to help in their own way, It doesn't help also when they are mutual friends of my husband and I'm scared it will get relayed back to him. I know we will get through this, it's just what was started off as a good day suddenly turned bad. It's at times like this, the reality really really hits home. My husband was my lover, my mentor/teacher and suddenly poof gone. Thanks, we are not alone, let's take strength from that.
