Today is a day full of sadness and heartache for me. My wife

Today is a day full of sadness and heartache for me. My wife and I have officially divorced after 35 years filled with love, laughter, children and grandchildren. The intimacy we once shared and enjoyed had waned to the point where we ended up sleeping in different rooms. I love her dearly and always will, but the stresses of work and life in general had taken there toll. What do I do now as I face the future without her? She has decided to move in with our daughter, now this house we shared will be too quiet, too big and holds way too many memories. I don’t know what the future has in store for me but I will try and move forward. Thank you for letting me let go of some of my pent up emotions, it’s been very hard for me wrap my head around this.

@Kas1966 Divorce is a very emotional process and it hurts. However, try to look at your situation logically if you can. What are the pros and cos of each decision.

@RR2018 I'm so sorry to hear that, I was married for 32 years and it hurts like anything I could never have imagined. I too have children and grandchildren which I adore.
