I just found out that my wife that I adored for over 10 year

I just found out that my wife that I adored for over 10 years has been unfaithful. I'm completely devastated by this and have no idea what to do next. I've been living in/out of my car for a couple of days and am crashing at a friend's house for a couple of days. I just need some kind of support and some direction of where to go next.

@mattr17902 first of all just breathe. You don't have to do anything right away. Find a safe place to stay... Your car does not sound great... And think through what you want. Do you want to fix this, can you fix this, do you want out. This takes more than an impulsive decision based on the pain you are feeling. Find a safe place to think this through.. Maybe talk to a therapist about what you are feeling if it is to overwhelming to do by yourself.

I know this feeling of being so distraught and overwhelmed. Like someone just pulled the rug out from under you or punched you point blank in the face and you’re looking around bewildered like “what Just happened”. I’m struggling with this too. My husband cheated on me but he left and left me oregnant along with 2 daughters. Try dealing with divorce and hormones LOL end of the story is surround yourself with good support. Talk to anyone and everyone who will listen. You will have good days and bad days but I’m hoping it gets better.
As for what to do I am still there myself. I think it really depends on your partner and how you feel in the situation. Are you both ready for divorce? Are you both ready to work on things? Can you forgive and let go? Those are all questions you need to ask yourself. I know how hard it is to try to take care of these things when you are miserably depressed. Again I’m in the same predicament. Just know you’re not alone .... there are a lot of people going through the same thing. If they survived, so can we!
