Feeling pretty down this weekend. Wishing our house will sell quickly. I just want to move on with my life, be away from this treacherous person. He's such a lying, cheating, manipulative, evil person. I wish he would just move on with his girlfriend and leave me alone to live my life in peace. I'll never have any closure either because he'll never confess his cheating. Even worse, he'll go on to his "feel sorry for me" victim life, cheat on his new relationship and lie about what happened in our marriage to anyone who will listen. Meanwhile he'll try to stick it to me, leave me with no means of support, homeless, and sickly. But as least I'll finally have my dignity back that he robbed me of by entrapping me in his endless cycle of abuse. I guess what bothers me most is this happened when I was sick and unable to do much about my situation. He truly is the most evil person I've ever met. And I have no family to lean on at this time, no one believes me he cheated and no one will be there to listen for me, other than this group. Thankfully I found this site.

@Wick1021 I feel to get over anger... counseling, journaling, venting to friends like you can do that here if not comfortable with people in person... meditation, and exercise helps with the stress, nature walks help keep me balanced and just being out in nature doing anything (fishing, kayaking, swimming)... remember joy in life and what you like to do... get back to that. If you like creativity channeling feelings of anger through music or art is great coping strategy also good luck!

@scat I’m so sorry your going through this difficult time... at least your recognizing what this relationship is and your better off without him which to me means great progress, take some time to be proud of yourself and the struggle you have come through, the person you are to keep fighting and not giving up, and for keeping your head together despite this crazy guy in your life. You have gone through so much and still fighting, I’m proud of you and I hope you get through this, and find some peace from all this.

@Foundlove
That is good advice. I know this will take time. My biggest challenge now is even if my husband was not the best person it was still a person at night to have conversation with.
