People have suggested working out as away to relieve stress

People have suggested working out as away to relieve stress and to feel good about myself. I would go to the gym sporadically before dday but I get overwhelmed in the gym. I don’t know what to do or how to do it. Since dday I have been trying to get to the gym everyday or workout in someway everyday. I recently started jogging on the treadmill and it’s going ok but my knees and shins start to bothering me. My question is to all the runners out there. What am I doing wrong? Is it that my body needs to get use to it or am I to old? I should also say I’m carrying an extra 30lbs on me.

@devastatedinptbo you are sure rite, I find myself communicating on here a lot more now than all the dating sites I was on as I really did not enjoy that but it was a distraction
