Husband signed divorce papers last night. Hopefully everything gets filed by tomorrow. One of the provisions was that he had to move out of the house within 10 days of the equalization payment. His response was "Holy cow! 10 days after the petition is finalize? Is that even possible?" I don't think he realizes how generous I have been in letting him stay in the house at all. He's seems to think he shouldn't have to rent at all. That I should be willing to work with his schedule on everything. The reality is that I probably will because I'm an amazingly awesome person. But, what a privileged **** to think I should. He's lucky he's not sleeping in his parents spare room right now. That I'm still paying for his phone, internet, housing, insurance, etc.

Kyleah I am thinking like PB2020, I think you should stick to the 10 days legal agreement. I'm thinking that could backfire on you. He's had plenty of time to figure out what he is doing and where he is going. And he's spent it meeting up with women.

@beth65 Yep, I am definitely sticking with 10 day agreement. Unfortunately, I can't refinance and pay him until divorce is final, so am stuck with him for 90 more days. Blech!
