Hello. I posted here a couple of years ago about my wife cheating. We tried to make it work, there were ups and downs but I believe it got better. We then had an amazing son. Then a year after, i found out she was sexting someone and i still take that as cheating. I tried to make it work because of our son. Fast forward to now, I just found out she cheated again the day before Thanksgiving. This is the third time now. I have decided to split up and probably get a divorce asap. Although that's what's on my mind, my mind is confused, scattered, I can't focus, I'm devastated, I want to hurt her, I want things to happen to her. Everything is gone to s***. I know we have to come up with a plan on what's best for our child. Partial visiting, scheduling, all that crap. I know all of that. I just don't understand why a human being can do something like this to another, especially when we have an amazing child together. I know I need to forgive for my healing. I just don't know how long I have to go through this pain. and i dont know if i actually want to forgive her. How can you sleep at night knowing that you're cheating behind your husband, and your child is there sleeping next to you as well? This s*** is so fu**** up.

Do what’s best for you. You definitely deserve better. I suggest you read Leave a Cheater Gain a Life by Tracy Schorn. It’s very empowering. She also has a good blog at: www.thechumplady.com.
For me, I had to set some hard boundaries moving forward with my husband after discovering his affair. If there had been any further suggestion of infidelity, I was done. I definitely can’t go through this process repeatedly. Once was already too much.

Sometimes we get lucky and the trash takes itself to the curb .
