When you wake up each morning do you have or make a plan for how you will spend that day? If so, how do you do it? I feel as though I serve no purpose and that most days go on wasted.
@LittleCoyote So yesterday wasn't a typical day. It was highly dependent on my friend who wanted to go to yoga with me. Because I am not working right now M-F seem to be the worst. It seems that everyone has a plan. They know just what they want/need to do. I wake up with nothing. But I was thinking that I need to create a list that I should always do each day like exercise, clean, look for work and plan dinner. It's just so hard to actually see it through. Lacking motivations most days...
I'm a housewife, personally. So I hear you loud and clear. It doesn't help that my memory is pretty shot lol, so the lists help even more. It's easy to fall into depression further if you don't lay out a job or task for yourself during the day. When I was still fairly new to it, I was just a mess. Writing down what needed doing was the first step in the right direction. Just keep trying, and don't be too hard on yourself. What's important is that you keep trying. You WILL be able to follow thru in time, because the fulfillment of actually being able to complete your list will build up, like water pouring slowly into a glass.
It's ok if you don't get everything done. If get one thing done, that's awesome. If you didn't, well s***, try again tomorrow.
Your best combo is to be determined, and gentle with yourself.
@EebyG I hated when I was too busy to enjoy much of anything. I hope things calm down for you soon.
