I think i can relate a bit to having a disability. I know for me personally i think for a bit (about 3yrs ago) i used my disabilities to excuse myself from normal life. If i didn't want to go somewhere i would say im too depressed etc.. i think i put limits on myself to ensure i stayed in a comfort zone that i created in my dark little bubble if that makes any sense. I think maybe start dabbing your toes out of your comfort zone. It's much easier that way than throwing yourself out there with a ton of stress thrown on you at once. I think your a pretty strong person to be here still fighting amist the pain that you've endurded from your disability. Stress is scary...it scares me too, but if broken in pieces often not as scary as it feels. Here to talk/listen :)

I'm on a trip right now. I am in ba5hesda now that's where I think I will get the cure or have it sent to my hometown. Either way I am counting 5his trip as a good step out of my comfort zone. Going through an airport then a 2 and a half hour flight then 5 days in Maryland( I live in florida). Do you mean daily going out of my comfort zone because I don't think I can handle that.

I think that is a big step! I think you have alot to be proud of in doing this if u ask me. Take baby steps...it dosen't have to be something big. It can be as small as going out once a week for a month then twice a week. Go at a pace that is comfortable for you. Like i said earlier it's going to take time. This is a major life change for you and i can imagine there is alot that stress that comes w/ that so break it down in more manageable steps. One step at a time. As the old quote says "can't walk a thousand miles wo/taking the first step." I think your off to a good start and we all are here to support you :)
