These past couple of months have been hard, with my chronic illness and also my anxiety/depression, I started a new relationship but it has seem to become so bad where he’s becoming possessive, also things at home haven’t been so great. Having all this going while also dealing with living my life has become truly harder. Thank you for listening!

@Helsemetta do you have any local medical/therapeutic support? possessivness in a relationship is an unhealthy sign. Groups like this can help with codependency and enabling issues. Local domestic abuse agency may offer free counseling if you feel in any way emotionally, mentally abused. If you feel unsafe, only tell those you trust. Abusers often escalate if they think you are reaching out for help. Very sorry you are dealing with this :(
