Ok so right now its daytime and I'm okay. Because I have support. But at might time things get really bad. So how can I make my food feelings go into the night time.

Write down how you are feeling and thinking during the day when your thoughts are more positive then read that at night when you are feeling low.

Maybe try distracting yourself. Maybe have some healthy foods ready just in case. Try making your own popsicles with a low calorie base (lemonade, sugar free yogurt etc.). This will only help by way of minimising calories though. I wish you the best.
