Feeling really bad/sad rn for no apparently reason, i was almost crying. One of the reasons im feeling like this is that im sleeping a lot, like 10/11 hours a day, i cant sleep at night, a lot of nightmares and night attacks makes me fear night and not allow me to sleep properly. Still dont know why im sad just wanted to vent a little

I’m sorry to hear that your stomach hurts and that you are sad. Have you tried having some toast with your coffee? Maybe that will help fight the acid from the coffee.

I just got back from a trip to the beach with some friends. We had a great time walking along the coast, sharing a few laughs, and I learned something new. Have you ever practiced Tai-Chi? It was really good for my body and my mind! We also started a Bible Study together. We are reading the Bible through and helping one another to stay on course. I love to write to them about what I learned and wait to hear back about what they learned, too. It’s been good. I know you said you don’t believe, but I wanted to respond honestly with you about what I am doing. I hope you start to feel better and not sad anymore. I am here for you!
