Today I feel better. I ate. I usually don't eat much but today I did. I went for a walk as well. Then I felt depressed again so I practiced guitar to distract myself.
@Girlinneed joining the chorus of guitarists! I mostly just play chords, or play freeform in blues scales. I can relate to the patterns and specific focus :-)
I'm a guitar player as well. I just don't pick mine up nearly as often as I should. It can be hard to get distracted from being depressed. It's great that you went for a walk though, I find fresh air and the getting outside helps clear my head, even when I don't feel like being outside or getting clear headed.
