I'm not doing well. I've thought more about killing myself in the past week than I have in the past year. I don't want to go back to thinking of killing myself all the time again. I thought about it every second of my middle and high school years and it was extremely terrible. I dont want to be like that again bc I don't think I can handle it again. And I know so many people go through so much worse but I really don't think I can take it.

I also have struggled with mental illness since being a teenager. These others comments are really positive, the people on here have some great advice. The one thing I will say is... Mental illness is very hard to handle at times. BUT people who struggle in that way are very often deep, caring people, with a lot of talent and a lot to offer. You can only do what you can do. If you can't do it today, then that's just how today is, but not forever. Forever has many wonderful opportunities and possibilities. But time moves forward regardless. So take it hour by hour if you need too. Time will still move forward and so will you're life and the opportunities that come your way. Hang in there

Hang in there! I have also felt similar to this even at age 28. Some days are worse than others. It comes in waves, but I promise that once the wave passes you will be glad you didn't harm yourself like you thought you would. Hang in there!

Hi @Jordan5683 I totally relate to you. I've been down that road one to many times to think about harming myself and wanting it all to end. Don't ever think your problems are smaller than others. It matters and it is good to deal with it head on. Hang in there. Stay strong! Pray it gets better. Love and support to you
