Feeling like **** tonight. I can’t cry, I can’t really feel. I know I have really bad anxiety right now, but it’s hard to let out. I feel nothing but doom. I feel so **** worthless.
Does anyone else suffer with health related/contamination OCD? What do you do?? How do you stop the stupid thoughts?

@Twilight1995 This is what I was going to say (Regarding: '@KidDJ I too have a lot of sexual obsession thoughts. Though it is not the worst of my OCD. If I could choose a form of OCD, it would be to never have any form.')
No form of OCD is less valid or 'easier' to deal with. I have sexual intrusive thoughts and they can be quite distressing. as someone who also has contamination OCD (regarding in the original message that said they would rather have contamination) i say that it is not glamourous or easy. I can see where the want to escape a form of OCD comes from.

@flyAFvet85 I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. He sounds like a narcissist and they are AWFUL people. Remember, your mental and physical health is incredibly important. Your happiness is too as well as your life no matter what he says or how he makes you feel!
Maybe finding a way to stash some money until you have enough to leave could help.

@flyAFvet85 Very sorry you are being used by a Narc. whoa whoa...death is of course NOT your only option. You truly deserve a chance at a good life. He has some severe issues and has no business 'projecting' anything rt back on you.
Do you see Therapy being an option together soon or...no? Why are you the only one paying the bills -does he refuse to work? That's just wrong bc let's face it, money is a very important issue of respect and maturity in ANY relationship.
If his name's not on the lease (or mortgage?) and your name IS, he can legally be kicked out I believe.
Don't give up.
