@Widowat24 I'm so sorry for your loss. Several years ago I lost nine family members in one year. Grief can be difficult to cope with but you're not alone. I'm glad you've posted to this site. Not a doctor but it's always good to have a way to express your feelings and know you're not alone and that we can relate. I'm here for you. I read a wonderful brochure called "When Someone You Love Dies" and it really helped me with the stages of grief, gave me practical suggestions for coping and had a list of expressions that provided me great comfort. It was free to download so if you're interested, I can give you the link.

Please accept my sincere condolences. I know it is very difficult. I lost my wife Marcie to cancer and it will be 4 years in December. When you love someone its so hard to function at first. At first It felt like I was in another realm. Everyone is different when it comes to dealing with grief. I just got this magazine article from a friend and it really offered some practical information for those who are dealing with grief. I hope it brings you some comfort and strength.
