I really feel like my life is falling apart right now. My uncle is taking everything from us and because we came back here, I can't do anything to stop him. Legal actions are so expensive and take so much time, I don't know if i'm ready for this battle (both emotionally and financially)... He actually make things look like I'm unable to administer our legacy so my little sister and I found ourselves under his thumb but he doesn't give us anything. I feel like my parents work their whole life for us to be good and even that is taking away from them and i'm such a failure for not being able to fight back my paternal family.

Sorry you are in this situation. I agree with advice about getting legal help from an expert. There may be community outreach pro bono help offered if you cannot afford the advice. I'm not sure bc of country, location, etc...
It sounds like you are a strong person, passionate about our future and you care a lot. That will take you far into not giving in or giving up.
Be careful if you are dealing with a total selfish narcissist who does not have your best interest and is showing you 'who he really is' by thinking he's controlling you...hope he's not dangerous?
What's going on with your parents, are they still in the picture, are they older or incapable and now you feel you have to save this whole situation? I'm sorry if it has all fallen on you, that is very heavy. Keep going and do not give up. Sending you very positive vibes & prayers for a solution that is going to end up being ok after all.
