I have been with my partner or should I say my husband even

[85]

I have been with my partner or should I say my husband even though were not married for 12 years. We have two wonderful kids together we have been thru ups and downs. Plenty times I have thought about suicide that's when I think about my children. My family members are judgemental, I have been feeling alone I have tried talking with my husband, but there's barely communication, Its been like this for so long. I keep on telling myself that the kids need their father which he is a great father and that I still love him that's why I haven't left. I feel that he somehow has manipulated me for so long, I feel he runs my life and I can't do nothing, since he's the only one with the income. I stay at home taking care of the house an the kids. Sometimes I cry out of nowhere, I'm so confused.

If hes abusive in any way then it would be best to see a professional if you could work it out. Or look up womens shelter number call them to see if they could recommend places in your area that help you with your situation, maybe they know of a women's group you could attend because you really need that kind of support in person too. This is not a healthy environment for you and your kids but you have to get support and a plan before you can do anything. There is help out there and your kids father doesn't have to know anything for now it would probably be a good idea to be very careful of where you leave anything written down make sure you hide everything. Of course kids need their parents but sometimes it's best that the parents aren't together I'm sure you know that.its unfortunate that your family members ate judgmental. Look for more support in your area soon as possible.
