Some days I feel I am healing, but others...like today, I feel I'm stuck, low, not going any where.

@DClady1952 sometimes, inky for the time being, then I get bored or feel I'm better and stop going. I haven't find the right one for me.

It is important that you find a therapist who you are comfortable with and be able to share any thoughts and feelings you have. If patients are not fully honest (I am not saying that you are dishonest), they will not be able to get the help they need. Also, you have to feel like you are being helped. If you are not, they are not the right therapist for you. Good luck in finding one you like.
