I'm dealing with a very weird kind of chronic pain. My legs hurt. Sometimes if feels like it's connected to some nerve or muscle issues in the thighs, other times it seems to be coming from the knees, as if they were inflamed, or below knees where everything just kinda hurts and feels uncomfortable. The consistent thing is that they hurt when they get cold, so I always sleep in socks. It also gets worse after I have too much sugar, and the worst after red wine. Wine seems to make my joints inflamed, not only in knees, but also in elbows, tho that happens rarely. I've had these issues for years. Doctors ruled out arthritis around ten years ago. It's not a terrible pain, but it's just there. There are very few days that I don't feel any pain and it exhausts me.

@Injunjo It's more like consistent a pain, not really throbbing. Thighs get affected, yes. But it can be very random tbh, one day it can be located in thighs, other day it's my butt, or any other random part of my lower body. There's no rhyme no reason to this.

@gailshattuck Restless legs syndrome is something I've been thinking might be a part of it. I move my legs and flex them constantly, without knowing that I'm doing it. I've been doing that since I was a kid.
