I didn't sleep at all last night and have been moving around like a sleep deprived zombie all day. My entire body locks up when i lay motionless and without proper rest it feels nearly impossible to do my physical therapies.. Stretch through the pain for the possibility of rest, or have coffee and stay awake to battle the web of signals sent through my brain to pain receptors... I've been living in chronic pain for 7 years with no prescription drugs.. I either feel on top and strong enough for anything, or I'm on the verge of tears absent from all abilities... I haven't been present for a couple days now... Hopefully i'll gain control before obligations come about.

Sorry to hear about your pain. I would recommend a Quell. When my pain is at an 8-10 I can turn my Quell on and it drops it to a 7 or 6. Sometimes not that much, but I wear it every day and night. It doesn't work instantly but it does make it so I don't take some much medication during the day. I also found out doing something physical and just fighting through the pain. You might hurt worse for the next day but eventually the more you workout or keep active makes it easier for me to fight through the extreme pain. Also, the website for the Quell is https://www.quellrelief.com/

Patterson... I'm sorry for your pain..but so proud your fighting without prescriptions... Jenni is correct magnesium and turmeric are helpful... I take 1,000 mg. Each daiy... I mail order from Puritan' s Pride... less expensive then health food or pharmacy in my area....
Also... coffee adds to inflamation pain... if you can switch to decaf... blessings.
