Hi I'm new to the group. Not sure where to start. My husband has had CFS for 8 years. It's been hell. First, trying to get the Drs to actually listen - not just assume he's nuts or making it up. I'm so frustrated with not being able to help him; getting decent info; and my hubby isn't exactly easy to care for.

I researched that and gave him B12. His levels were low. Problem was that he has extreme anxiety on top of that and that SAD Disorder...lots of junk wrong now, previously just a Type A personality. But the B12 made his anxiety level go to the moon. Had to bring it back down.
