i'm having a hard time forming thoughts. i go back and forth

i'm having a hard time forming thoughts. i go back and forth from being extremely focused and driven to the point of insomnia. to being miserable with migraines from the insomnia, and exhausted. it's been like this for a couple weeks. i need to get my sleep in order.

@bebobaBetty I had some insomnia last night. But it wasn't nearly as bad as it had been for the last month (sleeping between 4-6AM). Last night I was able to sleep around 2AM. That's a big improvement!
