I have CTS in both hands but it’s much worse in my left. I’m finding now my hand has a slight tremor and when I lift something heavy my hand can freeze up and shakes a lot afterwards. I can’t find anything out about whether this is a CTS symptom and wondered if anyone else has this??

Jun 23It's almost certainly related. CTS can begin in the forearm, but more commonly higher up in the neck muscles and shoulder blade... that's just one of the possible symptoms.
