Remember to take good care of yourself too. Rest often; eat healthy; and walk outside for a few minutes if you can.

Very true Veronica. Many times focus on family, career, education and all other things that are used to measure success. Consequently, they forget that their well-being is just as important. I believe a pampered body system, contribute to better results. Hence eating healthy which includes setting time for meals and working out can boost the energy needed to perform other roles. It is a matter of exercising the golden rule. ' LOVE thy self.' We cannot love others when we do not know how to love ourselves.

@Coolio Thanks for your input on this subject. We can't love others when we are sick and depressed, so we sure do need to care for ourselves.
