Psalm 77:11 ERV

"Lord, I remember what you have done.

I remember the amazing things you did long ago."

KEEPING GOD IN THE SMALL STUFF by Bruce Bickel and Stan Jantz:

"In the Old Testament, the great leader, Joshua, made it a practice to stack up twelve large stones (one for each of the tribes of Israel) whenever God did something for them."

me: Bickel and Jantz go on to write they are not suggesting we make rock piles every time the Lord helps us. But they suggest we can find other ways to "remember" God's constant gifts and blessings He showers upon us each day. The authors suggest we write on our calendars or in our journals reminders of how God blessed us.

When we "remember" what God has done for us in the past, we know He is good. We trust He will continue to bless us because He loves us. His love surrounds us every moment of everyday enabling us to be His children. We are never alone; His wisdom and power permeates our very being. We "remember" we are truly blessed beyond measure. Let us send up praise for His great love and His perfect help everyday.

REMEMBER, GOD IS ABLE TO GIVE YOU PERFECT HELP EVERY DAY!
