So i know our problem comes mostly from restriction. But i keep wondering how im gnna recover since im gluten intolerant i kinda dont have a choice :( help!

I have Celiac and so no gluten for me. I am not sure why you don.t think you can recover and have no choice. There are tons of foods that don't contain gluten.

Obviously. But if restrictiOn caused my problem and i still have to restrict myself its still an issue, is my point. Not that there arent other options to eat.
