Well, it's me again, on a high-need day. Anyway, what books do you recommend for people who find themselves repeatedly used and scapegoated by others? Of course, it's not like I'm saintly and 100 percent innocent; it takes two to tango, as they say. There's clearly something I do that makes others think, "She's generally worthless but will come in handy for this specific purpose." Which is usually to make their true romantic interested mad or jealous; have someone listen to them purge their dark side so they can present a bright, shiny face to the rest of the world; or just have a punching bag handy.

@kisobel Thank you! I saw a chapter on "The Legacy of Being Bullied" and purchased the book immediately. I browse a lot of self-help books but end up being directed toward the same old things, like how to become a leader (LMAO) or law of attraction (I refuse to crapitalize it anymore), Tony Robbins and Oprah everywhere. Just looking for a real book. Will let you know how it goes. Thanks again!
