I'm having difficulty staying consistent in my routine. I have this great routine that works for me when I use it, I just have such a hard time staying consistent with it. I work nights so a routine is important for me especially when it comes to sleep. If I don't get enough sleep, my whole day is ruined. Sometimes it's my boyfriend's fault because he works second shift, and he'll wake me up to kiss me goodbye, and then I can't go back to sleep. So when I get to work, I'm anxious and irritable because I'm tired. The one thing that I have stayed consistent with is my diet. I switched to keto because I found out carbs just wreak havoc on me emotionally and physically. I just want to be able to stick to what I know is helping me. I started doing yoga again a few months ago. Sometimes I do once a week, sometimes I do 3-4 times a week. There are days where I get and I don't want to do anything, but lay in the bed, and play games on my tablet till it's time for me to get ready for work. And before I know it, I have accomplished nothing for the day. I need to get a handle on maintaining a routine, and sticking to things that help me.

Those shifts are a challenge. I understand how you must feel, i struggle for sleep too. What if you woke him up to kiss good night. And ask him to let you sleep through.
