of course! it's super tough--especially with the money stuff. Lately i've been trying to brainstorm ideas that are cheap to start, might be interesting, and could potentially make money...
so something like a vlog or podcast based on a subject you're interested in. It also could help give you a feeling of purpose, consistently having something to plan for and produce!

@lillyhubert Okay, I understand. Why don't you gain some more understanding about BPD by checking out videos on youtube? There are psychiatrists who explain the disorder and I haven't found any of those that I thought were bad. They're all very informative. There are also people who are youtube vloggers who have BPD themselves and who upload videos, explaining what life with BPD is like. You could probably learn a lot simply by watching one of these per day. When it comes to ANY kind of health issue---physical or mental----one of the best things a person can do is to simply start LEARNING about what they have or what they THINK they might have. I do not have BPD myself, but one of my adult children does have this diagnosis, so I have some familiarity of it, due to her experiences with BPD.

@cidhighwind I think what you're doing is great. It's called "self-talk." What a great way to help yourself, since you have difficulty accessing traditional therapy. I admire your efforts to be creative with your efforts to help yourself cope.
