Hello, lately I've been sad, angry, irritated, a straight face and almost hissed at parents yesterday. I struggle with self harm and parents. I cant let my feelings out the cause, parents will become mad and will be in denial or refuse to listen. My friend says if not taken careful, I could be BPD. Any tips on how to prevent this and advice to vent, right now am particular feeling sad.

@fowardkind, my heart aches for you. Good for you on your restraint and your friend. Consider having someone intervene with your parents, as a advocate for you. Kinda, like a "Dr. Phil" in your corner. As a parent that had to deal with this, it is difficult, for them, as well.
A few things that may be of help, not sure if you have tried: Relaxation Breathing and Meditation Yoga. There are so many free YouTube clips available.
I am sorry that you have to wait for your appointment, glad you chose to share here.
Journaling may also be a means of distractions. Blessings of peace and courage to you.
