Hello everyone, I'm new in this group. I diagnosed myself with Borderline Personality Disorder. I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina. People with BPD here are stigmatized, so I'm afraid to talk about problems that haunt me. Could someone please give me some advice what to do with myself?

Thanks for your support. At this moment I have problem with my friends. I have a feeling that they talk behind my back, say that I am lesbian (although I have a boyfriend) and disrespect me. I haven't had a decent sleep in a year now, and I don't know how long can I take it anymore.

@Ivkana - Do you have any proof of them talking behind your back? Them disrespecting you is not a good thing. What sort of things do they do that show disrespect? Also, I know what you mean about sleep. I haven't slept well for a long time until I started taking meds to sleep.

Well, I don't have a real proof, but we have this group chat and they always write some "private" jokes. I don't know if I'm paranoid or is this real, but it really hurts me and I can't stop thinking about it.
I live in small town and if I say I want to go to the psychiatrist they all think I'm crazy, and I don't know what to do. One more problem that I have is that only psychiatrist that I can go to is 3,5 hours away from my hometown.
They show disrespect through not listening to me when I speak, they don't mind for my ideas or thoughts. There were million situations where I would say something to them, tell them story about something or someone and after few minutes or hours, one girl would ask about it and I would say that I have already told you that, you were there and she's all like "no, what are you talking? I'm listening to you when you talk. Don't make things up". Sometimes I can bare with it, but sometimes it overflows me and I feel like a **** for that.
