Do you use mental health apps? Which ones do you like the best?

I use a couple of meditation apps: Insight Timer as a basic meditation timer (there's a free version that works fine, I opted for the full version, which has more bell sounds available) and Plum Village (free), which is based in the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, featuring a variety of guided meditations and mindfulness tools. And for medication reminders, I use Medisafe (free), which also provides refill reminders. I've also used 7 Cups (free), which isn't supposed to be used while in crisis but has some nice features.

I use eMoods. Tracks weight, sleep, and basic moods (anxiety, depression, elevated, and irritability). Graphs it all out so you can see trends over time. Reminds you to take your meds if you need them. And it’s free.
