I don't understand how people just eat and not have it be a problem, an obsession. Look at themselves in the mirror and feel okay. I hate food and myself so much. I fast for extended periods of time but it never lasts as long as I want it to because I get so dizzy and have so much pain. I have to sit down at work all the time because I'm so tired.
When I do eat, i either don't finish it or I'll chew and spit, because its too hard to purge.
Anything I swallow causes so much guilt and anxiety. I get so nauseated and I just feel so f**cking fat and gross. Then I tell myself tomorrow I'll starve, I'll be thin. I'll see my bones again.
I don't want to eat anymore.

I understand what you’re going through I’ve started thinking maybe I should start sticking my finger down my throat I’m tired of my body and everyone else having no problems staying skinny I’m sorry for talking this way I should be giving you advice I hope you can learn to love yourself maybe you could try a juice cleanse I’ve always wanted to do it I’ve heard it’s good for weight loss and riding the body of toxins
