My family knows I am bipolar, but I don't think I would ever divulge it to my friends. Only my best friend knows. There is so much stigma around it where I live, and for the most part when applying for a job or school, it's not seen as well. This saddens me. I feel marginalized when that happens. When I see situations where people get turned down because of it. However, I think that having just my family is a good enough of a support system even though they can't relate.

Retired now, computer geek. Just a suggestion for paperwork while seeking employment: Super energy level while developing and processing data, maintained energy level until climax.

@Needafriend2 Yeah I try to keep my energy levels normalized when my family is around if I feel some type of hypomania.
