I'm feeling low today and tired. I don't really feel like existing. I don't want to die I just don't want to exist. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else.
what kinds of things do you try...do you meditate and workout...yoga, Qigong...anything like that because that helps change your state of mind as well..
@Giggles the Poet I just started trying meditation. It seems to be a good choice for me.
hello angel, Yes, meditation is great to start....have you tried doing a CRAP BOARD...(Conﬂicts, Resistance, Anxiety & other Problems) whatever comes into your mind....write them down on a crap board...that's the greatest way to find out what negative thoughts are roaming around ....and getting them out are easier....have you tried frequency music....affirmations....are you on a ritual daily?
