I had a really good day today. My roommate wasn't feeling well so I went and bought her some nice stuff from Whole Foods. Then I went to the gym and jogged a mile, did 78 flights of steps on the stair stepper, then did my butt and ab floor exercises. I also cleaned the kitchen and took out trash. I had a productive day with my studies, as well. My birthday was a few days ago and my best friend gave me a binder filled with information about different therapists in my area as well as different support groups. I found a therapist that sounds promising and left her a voice mail. She called back but I was too scared to answer. She left a voice mail as well. Her voice is so soothing and calming. I'm working up the nerve to call her back. I think that will help me a lot. I hope all of you had a good day as well <3 Thank goodness for the good days.
