My hardest times of day... mornings, waking up, getting out
I want to try "positive replacement" to make myself feel better. What do I tell myself during my darkest moments to make it positive? I feel alone, unloved, I can't forgive myself, and often I feel hopeless. I could use some suggestions about how to flip it if anyone has some ideas.
