I have been reading up on vitamin D and other natural supplements that can help stabilize mood. If you have experience with supplements and natural alternatives i would love to hear and try them. I have been taking fish oil and multi-vite, magnesium, and a b complex and vitamin C.
Keep in mind that you might want to try to get outside every day for at least 15 minutes--longer if you have darker skin. Nothing beats the natural vitamin D! My health coach got me started walking around my apartment complex for 15 minutes a day. I tried to do it at least every other day even in winter.
I guess I've never experienced my heart racing, but I do start feeling really crappy when I drink anything with caffeine. It just must be like a stress overload on my body. Thanks for sharing!
@baabaa that is awesome, I didn't know that, funny though i have started taking my two 15 min breaks at work to walk the neighborhood and photograph flowers and cats lol. I feel like a wilted flower if i stay in all day. thank you for sharing.
