Thank you @kisobel for letting us know a little more about you! We love #5 too! Best-SG

1. What is your idea of perfect support? My dog beside me, a long-term, trusted friend to talk to on the phone and knowing that SG is there for me when there's no one else I can talk to.

2. What brought you to Supportgroups.com? A deep sense of fear and an intense feeling of anxiety, combined with a great need to connect with others who understood and could support me unconditionally. I felt so alone out here on my farm when my husband was in the ICU for three months and when I came home from the hospital I knew there would be someone I could talk to here on SG that would help me.

3. What is the one thing that helps you best handle the life or health issue you are dealing with? The number one thing that helps me is taking my meds on a consistent basis and going to therapy.

4. What is something you are working on to better yourself? I am working on coping with the burn-out, anger and anxiety of being a caregiver.

5. Which (living or dead) person do you most admire? Michelle Obama

6. What is your greatest extravagance in terms of mental or physical health? My greatest extravagance in terms of my mental health it is being committed to a time for meditation every day and my greatest physical extravagance is paying for yoga classes that feed my body and soul.

7. When and where were you happiest? I was happiest for the 26 years my husband and I had together before he got diagnosed with cancer and then kidney failure.

8. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I would change myself by working hard enough on recovery to be considered to be in remission from BPD.

9. What is your most treasured possession? My Guitar

10. What is your motto? My motto is one that I've liked for a long time. "The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step."
