Newbie here, dx'd with BED. Any tips on how to avoid the Res

Newbie here, dx'd with BED. Any tips on how to avoid the Restrict-Binge cycle? I need to lose weight (to be in a healthy weight range, no dysmorphia here), but when I try to track calories/points/whatever, I end up triggering myself. Uber frustrating.

Hi,

I'm currently experiencing binge eating disorder as well, but I used to binge & restrict like you probably do right now. I found out that I can't restrict the next day, because that would just lead to another binge. May I ask what your BMI is right now?
