Had a fairly good day: Studied my program, did my affirmations and ate planned meals and snacks. I did stray while making my rounds as I ate several pieces of candy from hospitality bowls around the residence areas and failed to use my newly learned "STOP! AND DELAY FOR 10 MINUTE RULE." I also failed to get any exercise except the walking necessary to do my job. I'm grading myself at about 65%.

@certifiedangus An amendment to my previous post: Had an urge to go to our community store and buy a pint of ice cream yesterday afternoon. Did use a 10 minute delay for gratification at that point and I turned off my t.v. and began my daily computer work including my daily input to the group. Forgot all about that incident until now. I deserve an upgrade for yesterday's self-grade. From 65-70% for my effort in that area.
