How did your day go yesterday, (MONDAY.) This chain is dedicated to making your accountability/support statement to the entire group. Maintaining a habit of daily habit of facing accountability has been shown to help many to more effectively maintain their healthy goals:

Had an excellent day as far as my eating goes. Stuck to my plan and recorded all foods consumed in my food journal. My healthy eating caused my morning blood sugar to be at a pre-diabetic level this morning. This is the second day however, that I haven't done other essentials for my program. I'm definitely going to get started today so I don't start having slippage in my eating. Of course it's a never ending battle that must be continuously dealt with. I'm grading myself as 70% for yesterday's program adherence.

Very good @certifiedangus! It seems that you are completely aware of what you need to do and of the situation. Only for this I would grade you with 80%.
For me Monday started nice, I also went yoga and did a lot of things need to be done. However, at night I had a small slip eating sweets. I will put myself 55%.
