Hello, checking in and being accountable. Six days on track. Exercising and working my food plan. Now, the feelings surface. To prevent frustration, irritation, and eventual over eating, I am dealing with my feelings. I am speaking my truth. I am being direct. Stating what I want and don't want; what I like and don't like. Saying what I need to say, in a healthy manner, and letting go of the outcome. It feels good.
