A lot of my eating problem has to do with my emotion. I keep holding on to pain, hurt instead of letting it go and learn from it.

It's hard to 'sit in the pain' or walk through it. But I can tell you from experience it's worth it. Building a good support team that you feel 'safe' with is key. For me that came very slowly & I had to 'weed' through a bunch of different people to find the 'safe' ones. I found that if I kept my eyes on God's Leadings than I had less chance for being disappointed.

It happens to me too , I am not overweight either , I binge everytime there is a social gathering or when I feel sad or stress.
