Hi all, I'm new here, as you will see this is my first post. My history is a bi-lateral herniated disc with 2 laminectomy surgeries that caused more problems than they helped. I now have Failed Back Surgery Syndrome and Degenerative Disc Disease with the Osteoarthritis, stenosis and foraminal narrowing that go along with it. I've been in pain every day for over 7 years. I'm hoping to find some support here especially on the really bad days.

@Chiropractor I just saw this post :-P I do hydrotherapy once or twice a week and see a psychologist regularly. She definitely helps me!

@GingerInPain What's hydrotherapy? Is that just like water therapy?

I have found that "cupping" and using a "gua sha stone" really help with chronic pain--see if you can find a licensed therapist or acupuncturist who will do it on you (or you can get a set for like $40 if you and a partner could go to a workshop together about how to do it). I am so sorry all the pain you are having that sounds like hell.
